Dash-Field led the creative direction for ZEIL’s Jobs Smarter campaign, reimagining the job-hunting experience through design, copywriting, and multimedia storytelling. Collaborating with production studio TINY DISCO, the team delivered a visually striking, narrative-driven campaign that balanced bold simplicity with subtle humour.
As creative lead, Dash-Field defined the overarching vision, crafted compelling copy aligned with ZEIL’s brand voice, and oversaw image grading and editing to ensure visual consistency and impact. The campaign rolled out across OOH installations, programmatic ads, and social media, blending short-form content for instant engagement with longer videos designed to build deeper audience connection.
